Hi,I want to design a Flexi-PCB Interposer to bring all traces out from a 240 BGA (16 x 15 balls. 0.4mm Pitch) to a connector, how many layers would be required to do this?Thanks.
what is the stack up (cores and prepreg thicknesses) for 1.2 and 1.5 mm 4-layer PCB?Could you also provide electrical properties? (epsilon and tan delta)
Do you offer this style of punched + tapped holes for sheet metal? I am trying to add an M5 tapped hole to a 2 or 3mm thick stainless steel sheet metal part. I would like to avoid using an insert.
