Capper Jaws

Quality is outstanding. This is my first experience with Wpsload and 3D printed resin material and have to say I am thoroughly impressed. I created my file on FreeCAD for Linux by taking measurements from an original physical part then modifying for the different internal diameter I required. Uploaded then selected a material that I thought would be suitable for my use case. After reading the material specs, I settled on Resin Somos Ledo as it would be a working part. The material has almost a ceramic look and feel, certainly appears to be hard wearing. Fantastic print quality, dimensions are spot on, no flashing on the parts, layer lines are barely visible and the through holes pockets and inset lettering are all clearly defined. Delivery was fine, parts boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap to protect, I did select economy shipping as it wasn't a time sensitive part. Royal Mail handled the delivery in Scotland so that was good. First attempt was a Saturday but site is closed, then successful delivery on the Monday when I was there to receive. Really good experience to introduce me to the technology. It has opened the door for me to create more parts files and place orders in the future.
