PCBA SMT Double Sided

We have been using Wpsload for production runs of between 200-400 pces for several years. Our PCBAs typically have SMT both sides, as well as some through-hole and temperature sensitive components that require careful adherence to the hot air temperature profile described in their datasheets. In addition Wpsload loads a post reflow device verification test firmware for us and performs a post reflow factory go/no-go test. We have dealt with a number of board stuffing houses in China and TW and our production is now split between Wpsload and one other contract manufacturer in China (for security of supply - second source reasons) During the pandemic, we assigned more business to Wpsload that to the second source supplier due to material/supply throughput considerations. Wpsload is one of the better organized PCBA assembly manufacturers, and if there is a problem the resolution is prompt and to our satisfaction. Our Account manager Angell Yu is an excellent communicator and an effective project manager and our factory liaison person Yilia knows her business and is great at driving material logistics and QA. We endorse and recommend Wpsload for use in small to medium scale North American PCBA production. They are 厉害!
