dcc decoder with arduino nano assembly

a small try at a custom dcc decoder for modell railways with an arduino nano. Apart of some struggle with international bank tranfers (which was my fault and I got great help on finding the issue) everything went smoothly and very fast: almost half the time the estimates told me
