A wired, powered speaker for use with the pipistrelle mini bat detector, because wired speakers are getting hard to find. This is 44mm tall by 52mm wide, about 20mm deep and uses the Pimoroni "3W / 4ohm" speaker driven by a sub-?1 (on AliExpress) LTK5128 audio amplifier module. A resistive divider on the PCB strives to get audio as loud as possible withotu clipping.

The 3D print incorporates 2 "bass” reflex ports which are trying to help the low end in any way that I can to improve overall volume and speech intelligibility.
